In May, "Hakushu" celebrated the 23rd birthday.

The history of "Hakushu" that started from the birth of "Hakushu 12 years" on May 10, 1994. That year has been piled up with the four seasons of the forest.

Hakushu forest I met in search of places where I can make use of the benefits of nature in the maximum for whiskey making. Today, a variety of sake brews keep pace with the grace of the forest within it.

Thanks to you, "Hakushu" celebrating the 23rd year. I will also walk a new year with the forest of Hakushu, and everyone else.
