The lobby of the Moana Hotel. The shape of the windows, the pillars, the wooden stairs ... everything is elegant.
The Moana Hotel opened in 1901 and the Surfrider Hotel opened in 1952. In 1969, the new Surfrider Hotel (now the Tower Wing) was built and the old Surfrider Hotel became part of the Moana Hotel as the Diamond Head Wing. It was in 1989 that the two hotels were merged and became known as the Moana Surfrider.
